Arrive Alive

The Arrive Alive campaign is done with the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) in Pittsylvania County. It encourages teens to refrain from drinking alcohol and driving, during times of celebration, like prom and graduation parties. This is done through in-school education during high school lunch periods using brochures and “drunk goggles”, posters around the schools, billboards around the county, free t-shirts, and a Snapchat filter available on prom night.

RASAP is a group of concerned citizens, parents, students, teachers, law enforcement officers, business representatives’, youth serving organizations, healthcare, and other professionals who are striving to keep our community free of alcohol, tobacco, and other substance misuse.

Free Rapid REVIVE! training available every Wednesday between 8:30am and 5pm at 245 Hairston St, NORTH WING, Danville VA 24540. Visit the North Wing lobby and ask for Rapid REVIVE! Training.

RASAP builds future community leaders and empowers young citizens to take an active role in the prevention of substance misuse. YAC & CAC can help you learn more about mental health and substance use topics as well as how to decrease these issues among peers.
